We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number, business name, and any messages you send through our contact or demo request forms.

We also collect usage data automatically, including pages visited, features used, browser type, and device information to improve our service.

We use your information to:

  • Provide and maintain the LeadHarvest service
  • Send automated text messages on your behalf to your leads
  • Process demo requests and respond to inquiries
  • Send service updates and product announcements
  • Improve our product and customer experience

3. SMS / Text Message Communications

When an end user submits a contact form, quote-request form, or embedded widget on a website operated by a LeadHarvest customer, they are providing express consent to receive SMS text messages from that business. The form displays a clear consent disclosure directly above the submit button before the user submits.

Messages may include automated replies, follow-up messages, appointment confirmations, and reminders. Message frequency varies based on the conversation. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out. End users can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any text. Replying HELP returns contact information for support. Opt-outs are honored immediately and apply to all future messages from the same business.

No sharing of mobile opt-in data. Mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS opt-in/consent data, will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This information is used solely to deliver SMS communications between the LeadHarvest customer business and the end user who submitted the form.

Your leads are your leads. Lead contact information collected by a LeadHarvest customer is stored securely on that customer’s behalf and is not sold, rented, or used for any purpose outside of facilitating their service follow-up.

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest. Access to customer data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, we will delete your data within 30 days of your request. Lead conversation data is retained for 12 months after your last activity.

6. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services for hosting, analytics, and messaging delivery. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and only process it on our behalf.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction or deletion of your data
  • Export your data in a portable format
  • Opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP to any text, or unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email
